Refund & Return Policy

Domestic Orders (Within India)

• Refund Policy:
  We do not offer cash refunds. However, we provide replacements or returns for items that arrive with major manufacturing defects or transit damage.

• Return Eligibility:

  • Customers must notify Payal Music within 7 days of receiving the instrument.

  • The harmonium must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories.

• Warranty:

  • All harmoniums include 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs).

International Orders (Including Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Myanmar & Others)

• Refund Policy:
  We do not offer refunds for international orders. Only replacements are available for items with major damage during shipping.

• Return Eligibility:

  • Customers must inform Payal Music within 7 days of receiving the harmonium.

  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

• Wholesale Orders:

  • We supply harmoniums and other instruments at wholesale rates for music stores, academies, and resellers in international markets.

  • Wholesale shipments follow the same damage replacement policy, but no refund is offered.

• Warranty:

  • 1-year warranty applies to international orders as well, covering manufacturing defects (servicing outside India is subject to availability of service partners or shipping back to India).

Servicing & Warranty Terms

Warranty includes free servicing for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our service location for repairs under warranty.

• Delivery Time:

  • Depending on model and availability, domestic delivery takes 1 to 6 weeks.

• Shipping Partners:

  • We use reputed courier services to ensure safe delivery.

International Delivery

• Delivery Time:

  • International shipping generally takes 2 to 8 weeks, depending on model, availability, and customs clearance.

• Customs & Duties:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or clearance charges in their country.
